Data Deletion

PostaraTrend Technologies Inc. ("PostaraTrend," "we," "us," or "our") gives you the right to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what you can have deleted, how to ask for it, and what to expect afterward. It supplements Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

1. What you can have deleted

On request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on how you have used the Service, this may include:

• your name and contact details;
• your account credentials and profile information;
• access tokens and identifiers for any social media accounts you connected to the Service;
• content, settings, and configuration you created in the Service; and
• records and logs associated with your use of the Service.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion, send an email to inquiries@postaratrend.ca with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please send it from, or clearly identify, the email address associated with your account, and tell us which data or which connected accounts you would like removed. This helps us locate your information. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not delete the wrong person's data.

3. Deleting data connected through Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other social media account to the Service, you can request deletion of the data associated with that connection as follows:

1. Remove our access from the platform. For Facebook and Instagram, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites (or Business integrations), locate PostaraTrend, and remove it. This revokes our ongoing access.
2. Email us. Send a Data Deletion Request to inquiries@postaratrend.ca identifying the connected account, and we will delete the personal data we hold for that connection.

Once we receive your request, we will delete the associated access tokens and personal data we hold within 30 days and confirm by email.

4. What we delete and what we may keep

We will delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you. We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required or permitted to do so by law, for example:

• transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting, and audit purposes;
• information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations; and
• aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

We keep such information only for as long as necessary, and then delete or anonymize it.

5. Timeline

We will acknowledge your request promptly, normally within a few business days, and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex, or we receive a large volume of requests, we may need additional time, and we will let you know.

6. Confirmation

When we have completed your request, we will confirm by email to the address associated with the request.
